Union  was founded in year 2000 as a company for exporting and importing. In year 2003 the activity of Union had been changed by Mohamed Dorgham to become a service providing and contracting company for petroleum industry as a continuation to El-Sherouk Petroleum Services and Investment Co., which had been working in this field for more than 10 years.

Mohamed Dorgham, by his experience, with the help of new management techniques and strategies, managed to achieve a great success in the reformation of the company. And in a very short time interval we managed to gain a good reputation in the oil field especially in location preparation and roads construction.
